Degrees & Capabilities
Some lessons are hard,
Just as much to teach
As they are to learn.
And if we’d been preemptive
Or had the slightest inclination,
We’d solve our mysteries.
There are no happenings
Which do not serve as means
Of enabling such coincidences.
When ultimetly choosing between
The consequences we gravitate towards
By avoiding certain compromises.
The lessons come,
Like impulses without sequence,
Sometimes met with preparation.
The teachings go,
In microscopic fragments
Seen as whole in hindsight.
Still the greatest elements being,
What becomes of intentions
While we give a response.
And what’s garnered from the changes
During our most intense education,
Exhibited in various degrees and capabilities.
